Q: Do you provide refunds?

A: If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with any product purchased through AP Young Beauty Collection and would like a refund; customer must return the product untouched and not damaged within 10 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for covering the cost of any shipping fees incurred by returning the product. Once the product has been returned to AP Young Beauty Collection and inspected for integrity; a full refund will be provided.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: Items ship within 24-48 hours of the date the order is received. If you order is placed Friday after 3PM through Sunday; your order will be shipped that Monday. Q: What type of shipping do you offer?

A: All items ship via USPS priority shipping. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00. Express shipping is not available. Tracking information is provided at the time of label creation. All shipments are insured up to $50. If you have not received your order, please email apyoungbeautyllc@gmail.com or alicia@apyoungblog.com and include your order number, full name and the email address you used at the completion of your order and we will open an investigation with USPS.
