As the seasons change many of us in the world will be combating Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). This is when a person’s mood drastically changes due to the change in seasons. Some of my worst depressive episodes have been experienced during this time. I know A LOT of mothers who are grappling with depression and have no clue why it gets so bad during the fall season.
No matter what your struggle is, the key thing to remember is to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. Self care is SUPER important. It may seem like such a minor thing, but the little things can go a long way in nurturing your weary soul. Go ahead mamas, you deserve it.
